Thank you for your order! This page explains our shipping process, delivery times, and what to expect.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your order ships
DELIVERY TIME
- Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days from order date
- Total time = Processing time (1-2 days) + Shipping time (5-10 days)
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- International shipping may be available - contact support@reliivo.com for inquiries
We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email
- You can track your package using the tracking link provided
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
SHIPPING CARRIER
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on your location.
DELAYS
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Holidays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
4. If unresolved, contact us at support@reliivo.com within 7 days
We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@reliivo.com
- We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped
- Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged package and product
2. Contact us immediately at support@reliivo.com
3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes
- Delivery times for international orders vary by destination (typically 15-30 business days)
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
